Morgins ski resort is located along the French and Swiss border. It became the first Swiss ski resort to become incorporated into the Portes du Soleil ski domain, one of the largest linked ski area in the world spanning across the frontier with 400km+ groomed slopes for your enjoyment.

Morgins ski resort, a chocolate box mountain village, nestled between pine forests and meadows on the Swiss-French border. It has been welcoming visitors for over a hundred years. It's a place to enjoy warm, friendly hospitality, combine sport with holiday and relaxation, to escape from it all. Situated in the Portes du Soleil ski area it is just a snowball’s throw from the Geneva Lake and it offers the best of Swiss and French cultures.

The ski area at Morgins ski resort features well-groomed runs for all level of abilities. It's the first-timers and intermediates who enjoy the most.  And there is something just magical about getting off a ski lift and seeing a sign with options to ski into either France or Switzerland. Morgins ski resort is pretty cool. The terrain breakdown is approximately 43% beginner trails, 36% intermediate and 11% for advanced skiers and snowboarders.

The 400km+ region of "Portes du Soleil" comprises twelve resorts, seven French and five Swiss. Almost all of them are interconnected by lifts, the others are accessed via bus service. The combined 190 ski lifts can all be used with a single ski pass, giving access to slopes at an average altitude of between 1,000 and 2,466m. Cross-country skiers will find 20km of track, including the popular high-altitude track around the Lac de Morgins. In the children's snow playground with two lifts of varying difficulty, youngsters can enjoy their first experience on the snow.
