Park City ski resort is located in the heart of Utah. In the 2015/2016, Park City and Canyons ski resorts were connected and the combined ski resort is now called Park City. Over $50 million was invested in the project. Thanks to the new 8-person interconnecting gondola lift, it is now the largest ski resort in the USA.

The mountain itself is broad and steep and offers some of the most varied terrain in the Wasatch Range. Beginners do not despair, as there is an area located just for those learning to make carved turns. Whether you are looking for long and gentle groomers, big and bold powder lines, or steep and deep in the glades, Park City ski resort has terrain for skiers and riders of all levels and abilities and now all on one lift-pass. 

Park City ski resort is home to the US Ski Team and provides the most diverse training facilities for their best athletes, including Slopestyle skier Marin Hammil.

It offers over 7,300 skiable acres with a good mix of beginner, intermediate and advanced terrain. Even just the Park City side of is large with 1,335 hectares (3,300 acres) of terrain and 116 trails spread across eight peaks and nine bowls. The official stats for the terrain split are 8% easy, 47% more difficult and 45% most difficult, which are very indicative of the reality of the ski resort.

When you include the Canyons terrain with the original Park City ski resort terrain they now over 300 trails, 41 lifts, seven terrain parks, 14 bowls, and six natural half pipes, Park City ski resort definitely has it all. And also includes one superpipe and one mini pipe for the free riders. Accommodation options are plentiful with many ski-in/ski-out and village adjacent lodging properties, it is an easily accessible, world-class mountain destination located in an authentic historic western town.
